Murder Mystery supper evenings are becoming extremely popular, and are a very good way to raise funds as audiences love them and they are also good fun to perform.
CJ has written several full scripts for stage performance, and some prepared formats to be performed in various venues. All are designed around bar and supper breaks and involve the audience in many ways, the most important of which is guessing "who-dunnit" and possibly winning a prize! Both scripts and formats have a choice of endings.
The stage plays are more suitable for a drama group as the scripts need to be thoroughly learnt. A novel way to arrange things is to involve another local organisation or charity who can provide the supper and bar, and also help sell tickets. The profits can then be shared appropriately. This not only helps to raise funds, but also creates a golden opportunity for local groups in the community to network with each other.

STAGE PLAYS A script for perusal costs just £10. One will be sent and this includes permission to
copy up to a certain number (usually six) for reading purposes. An application form for performance (normally
£25 per performance) will be enclosed. This licence then entitles you to copy more scripts and to select endings.
